1. To which countries can I ship my order?

Our shipping address is 144- 18 7th Ave, Queens, New York.

To ensure the quality of our service, we currently only support orders from the United States.

Any subsequent adjustments will be announced on the website without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

2. Delivery Time

Our delivery time is 4-9 business days, of which order processing time is 1-3 business days and shipping time is 3-6 business days.

Delivery time = order processing time + shipping time.

3. What if the order processing time is too long?

Our service hours are Monday-Friday 10:00AM-5:00PM (PST).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Orders are not processed at weekends.
