1. Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

2. Returns and Exchange Valid Period

The website supports return and exchange within 14 natural days without reason.

If you receive the product more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to provide you with a return or exchange service.

3. Return Order Processing Time

Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/8:00AM-5:00PM (EST).

Return orders submitted after 5:00PM will be prioritized for processing on the next business day, orders placed after 5:00PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Return orders will not be processed at weekends.

4. Return and Exchange Criteria

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 natural days of signing for your pet toy.

Returns and exchanges must ensure that the pet toy is new and undamaged, with no stains on the surface and no obvious signs of use.

It does not affect secondary sales.

6. Returns and refunds

If you decide to return your pet toy within 14 natural days of the return validity date, you can follow the process below:

Pack the pet toy: please pack the pet toy in its original packaging, including the accessories and free gifts received.

Send the pet toy to 144- 18 7th Ave, Queens, New York.

After sending the pet toy, please send the logistics information and the courier order number to us via email at [email protected], so that we can check it as soon as possible after receiving it and refund you.

Return shipping costs: If you choose to return your pet toy because it has a quality or shipping problem (e.g., the pet toy you received is not functioning, there is wear and tear), etc., the shipping costs will be borne by Farmhoppertoys.com.

If a return is made because the customer personally does not like the pet toy received (color or style), made a mistake in the photo, etc., the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Refund Processing: Once the returned pet toy arrives at Farmhoppertoys.com’s warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

Please be patient as the refund amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
